Let me tell you something: this girl is going to be winning the Best New Artist award next year at every music award show. She's a British newcomer to the music scene with an incredible voice. Think of her as a younger, more pop version of Amy Winehouse. Her music can be very Katy Perry, Rihanna-ish, but at others it can be very retro and throwback. Her debut album was just released on Tuesday and I am addicted to it. The review for that should be up over the weekend. Right now I'd like to review her newest music video.
The video for her third single 'Nobody's Perfect' gives Lady GaGa a run for her money. The video is very dark and twisted, but fun at the same time. It has an 'Alice In Wonderland' feel, but more of the Tim Burton feel. Jessie is very cooky, and that really transcends in this video. The fashion in the video is extraordinary as well; she never fails in that department. She's just a very fun person, and I expect her to blow up in the music scene over the next few months.
