Girl group TLC have just released their first single in many years from their upcoming compilation album and ahead of the release of their highly-anticipated TV biopic, CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story. 'Meant to Be' is the first song they've released since 2002, and it's quite a good jam. It was written by Ne-Yo who can be very hit or miss with his songs. It's a great mid-tempo that doesn't stray from their signature sound, but it's still fresh. I can't say I've listened to much of their work, other than their biggest hits, but this is a strong track and I'm anxiously awaiting the premiere of their biopic on VH1.
