'Pretty Girls' by Britney Spears & Iggy Azalea

Britney Spears only released a new album a year and a half ago, but the B Army has been thirsty for new music ever since Britney Jean was considered a flop. Her collab with Giorgio Moroder recently leaked and has been on repeat since, but her brand new single is here.

For months now pop's current rapper Iggy Azalea has been hinting at a project with the Princess of Pop, and it's really the perfect pairing. The duo filmed the video weeks ago and are preparing for their performance of the song at the Billboard Music Awards, but at last we finally have the song itself.

'Pretty Girls' is the urban, funky Britney sound we have been waiting years to hear. She promised it with Britney Jean before will.i.flop took over, but it seems like Iggy has been a good influence. The song was written by the British girl band Little Mix, but it has Britney written all over it.

"All around the world, pretty girls / Wipe the floor with all the boys / Pour the drinks, bring the noise," Britney chants over the hi-hats and pumping bass line. It's the perfect continuation to Iggy's 'Fancy' with a little 'Drop That Kitty' influence.

The song is a surefire summer hit with an infectious and peppy chorus. Iggy's verse is hot, but it's Britney's vocals I'm obsessed with. Myah Marie is gone, and it's all Britney's signature ad-libs and sexy vocals galore. I haven't heard Brit sound this natural in a long time and it's refreshing. This new era is going to be fiyah.

We're so prett-ay!
