Lady GaGa is finally making her acting debut on the silver screen! It was just announced yesterday that the singer will be taking on the role of La Chameleón in Robert Rodriguez's Machete Kills, the sequel to 2010's Machete. Apparently it is a spin-off of Spy Kids with the character known as "Machete." I've never even heard of the original which starred Robert De Niro, Jessica Alba and Lindsay Lohan. I just might have to check it out now. It seems like this could be a really great role for GaGa, and we've all been wanting to see her make the leap into film for a long time now. The film is set to be released in 2013.
