Kelly Rowland is back with the first single off her upcoming album due out later this year. This album, she says, is all about female empowerment and it is more urban/R&B than her last album. This song is basically 'Motivation' 2.0. It really isn't anything special, and I'm a little disappointed. 'Ice' has a nice groove to it and is epitome of R&B, but there's nothing new and isn't exciting. Plus, Lil Wayne's involvement is just annoying and his features are just happening too often nowadays. Hopefully her album will be much better and will have more pizazz to it.
