Calvin Harris released the music video for his new single 'Sweet Nothing' yesterday which features Florence Welch. I'm still not quite sure what to make of this video. It's very strange and complicated. Florence is dressed very Janelle Monáe like, and she is seen performing 'Sweet Nothing' in a London gentlemen's club. As she sings she gets caught up in the throes of the song and begins violently undressing and frolicking around the stage. Believe me, you've never seen Florence Welch like this before. Also, in a parallel story line Florence's significant other is getting beat to a pulp by some gangsters, and we also see him and Florence having a very intense fight in their home. It's an interesting video, but I'm definitely not wowed by it. Love the song though!
