Katy B's 'Crying For No Reason' is easily one of my favorite songs of 2013 even though it tears my heart apart every time I put it on. Katy is a master at crafting pop perfection, and with the music video for the song now out, she took it to new heights. The video is very simplistic in that all she does is sing on a stage with her band, but the video gets pretty epic once the lights sync to the music and the projection screen turns on. From then on the video is a mix of rapid raging lights which perfectly mimic the tension between all the emotions Katy is holding inside her. It's an extraordinary display of lights that unusually heightens the tension and painful emotion of the song. Simply put, it's beautiful.
