Well it's that time of the year again: Britmas! Yesterday the Holy Spearit graced us with her iconic vocals as a previously unreleased track finally leaked. Remember the Femme Fatale Tour? Before she came to Cleveland where I had the honor of bathing in her eternal light, she rocked out to one of Madonna's iconic classics atop a massive guitar. A while back a remix of the song had leaked, but it wasn't until yesterday that we got to hear the unsullied version.

Britney seems to have a penchant for rock-heavy songs as shown through the many rock songs that have made their way onto her albums as bonus tracks. And since her idol is Madonna it was a no-brainer to include 'Burning Up' on her tour. Brit Brit's version includes a booty shakin' warble in the background and an '80s synth complementing her erotic moaning vocals. Does this quench your thirst? It may be something we've heard before, but at least it's something to keep us calm for a quick second during this failed Britney Jean era.
