'Blame' by Calvin Harris featuring John Newman
'Summer' enthusiast Calvin Harris may have been mean-spirited when he forbid Rita Ora to release any of the music he had written for her after they broke up, but that doesn't tarnish his reputation as a master of EDM. Harris is releasing his fourth studio album later this year and he's teaming up with an eclectic mix of artists for what are sure to be a plethora of hits.
His latest collaboration comes with the release of his second single. 'Blame' features the soulful crooning of John Newman, known for the 2013 mega-hit 'Love Me Again'. As always, Harris has created a thumping whirlwind of ecstasy full of punctuated synths and drum beats. Newman's voice effortlessly flows over the production and the result is magical.
There's no doubt this'll be another hit that Harris can add to his continually growing rolodex of smashes. Harris's fourth studio album will be released later this year.
