I first fell in love with Dido through the TV show Roswell. It was one of my favorite shows awhile back, and her song 'Here With Me' was used as the theme song. Dido is one of those individual artists with a unique voice and a unique sound. It's very acoustic at times, but can also be very grand and ethereal. Her vocals are beautiful, and they really captivate you. Dido will be releasing her fourth studio album Girl Who Got Away this year, and today we got the lead single 'No Freedom'. Just like all her other music, it's a beautiful acoustic-feeling song, with her vocals layered nicely on top. What's great about her music is that every song has a message, and this is one is that "there's no freedom without love, no love without freedom." I'm excited to hear what Dido has to offer in the upcoming months.
