Mike WiLL Made It is one of the hottest producers out there right now, having been the mastermind behind some of the biggest rap songs out there, but he is also the guy that brought us Miley Cyrus's 'We Can't Stop'. In essence he's the man behind Miley's new sound, and so it comes as no surprise that he enlists Miley for his new single '23'. Not only does Miley sing the hook, but we also hear her make her emcee debut. It's not great, but it's not bad either. Miley's voice comes off a tad annoying when she's rapping, but it's still fun. I much prefer the chorus over the rap. Sandwiched between Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J, Miley doesn't sound like she's trying too hard. Overall, the track is a good jam.
