'I Luh Ya Papi' by Jennifer Lopez featuring French Montana

I was beginning to worry about J-Lo, not gonna lie. She progressed from her smash dance pop hits like 'Live It Up' and 'Dance Again' to more of a return to her urban roots with 'Girls' and 'Same Girl'. Her new stuff has been good, but it just hasn't quite situated itself with me properly. Thankfully, Jenny released a new song yesterday and it's a breath of fresh air.
Jennifer's new song 'I Luh Ya Papi' is a breezy R&B/pop tune that's going to be a perfect springtime jam. With a popping electronic beat, J-Lo coos how much she loves her man aided by a rap from French Montana. At least it's different from what she's been doing and this sounds so much more natural. The single cover may be the best thing she's done this era, but I hope she can up her game and give us the return of a more mature Jenny from the Block with her new album. And let's just pray that Flopbull stays far away from this project.
