My favorite girl group that no one ever gives the time of day to, G.R.L., are back with the music video for their latest single. It's been a long and slow crawl for them, but these girls have got the goods and deserve more mainstream success. I thought that would happen with their Pitbull collab 'Wild Wild Love' but when was the last time you heard that on the radio?

The video for 'Ugly Heart' is directed by Chris Marrs Piliero, the genius behind Britney's 'Criminal' and 'I Wanna Go' videos among countless others. His creations are always brilliant, but sadly this one left me wanting a bit more.

The premise of the video is that the girls of G.R.L. get arrested, and while they're hanging out in the police precinct they bust out some amazing choreography on top of desks. You know it's coming, but the moment when they line up for the mugshots is when the video hits its climax. This really brings a whole new meaning to #FelonCrushFriday, amiright?

While it's underwhelming compared to Piliero's standards, it's still a cute vid from the girls. They just need that one moment to launch them into stardom, but I'll keep waiting.
