Selena Gomez has been teasing new music for a while now following her collab 'I Want You to Know' with Zedd and heartbreaking Bieber ballad 'The Heart Wants What It Wants'. We haven't really known what to expect from the Selenator, but it appears she's headed in a really great direction.

Moving on from the sick dance pop she gave us with her amazing Stars Dance album, Selena is delivering a hot R&B sound with her latest single 'Good For You'. The song is a mid-tempo slow burner, co-written with Justin Tranter and Julia Michaels. "Gonna wear that dress you like/ skin tight, / Do my hair up real / real nice / and syncopate my skin to your heart beating / 'cause I just wanna look good for you," she sings.

The more mature sound works so much better for Selena, and I'm loving the breathy slick sound of this record. It almost doesn't even sound like Selena in some parts, but this is going to work wonders for her. Featuring a very pleasant verse from A$AP Rocky, 'Good For You' is made ready to dominate radio.
