You may know Kelly Rowland from the now defunct girl group Destiny's Child.  Of the three, Kelly is the second most successful, and her career is only continuing to gain momentum.  Her past single's, such as 'Commander' and 'Forever and a Day', have failed to make much of an impression, and she has had to rely on the likes of David Guetta and Alex Gaudino to keep her in the public eye.  Right now she is currently a judge on the X Factor UK, and her first single from her upcoming album is now her most successful single to date.  'Motivation' is an urban single with a great seductive beat and entrancing vocals from Kelly.  I love every minute of it, even with Lil Wayne.  Definitely a highlight of my summer songs.
