Katy Perry's video for her new single 'The One That Got Away' premiered on 11/11/11.  After watching the trailer it looked like this video was going to be epic, but after seeing the whole thing it was a little underwhelming.  In the video we see Katy as an old woman and married, but she doesn't love the man she's with so she begins reminiscing about old times.  We meet young Katy and her boyfriend who are both artists in the prime of life.  They're head over heels for each other, but they have a fight and their relationship is over forever.  Poetically enough, the boyfriend ends up being killed and then we see Old Katy visiting the place where "the one that got away" perished.  It's an emotional video, but I felt like it could have been done better.  I didn't like Old Katy because she still felt too young.  Oh well, the song's great and that's all that matters.
