Kelly Clarkson is reaching another high point in her career at the moment with a great album, fantastic singles and her current stint as a judge and mentor on the new ABC competition show Duets. Kelly has always been a favorite artist of mine, and I love seeing her getting all the attention and recognition she deserves. Her latest music video for 'Dark Side' is another empowerment anthem that is perfect for this moment in time. In the video people struggle with body issues, addiction, and loss, but what Kelly is telling them is that it's okay to have a dark side. Everyone has one and they are a part of who we are, but they don't have to define us. It's a video that contains a beautiful and much needed message. Focusing on Kelly herself, she looks gorgeous. She actually looks younger than I think she has ever looked in this video, and it's almost like she's a new woman who is finally secure with herself and is enjoying her time in the spotlight.
