J.K. Rowling is without a doubt my favorite writer of all time, and so when I heard a few months ago that she was finally releasing her first post-Potter novel I could not have been more excited. The novel is something entirely different from Potter and sounds very refreshing. Just this morning the publishing company Little, Brown released the cover art for the novel (pictured above). I personally love the retro feel of the cover which makes it stand out. It's simple, but what's on the inside I know will be magic. Can't wait for all 512 pages of The Casual Vacancy to be released on September 27th!
