The third member of Destiny's Child who stuck with her gospel roots, Michelle Williams has just released the lead single off her upcoming fourth studio album due later this year. Michelle has always been the forgotten sister of the group, but in her own way she's pretty amazing. In her new single 'If We Had Your Eyes', Michelle talks to God and speaks about becoming a better person and changing her life. She wishes she could see the world through God's eyes so that she could get a better perspective on the world as a whole. It's her signature gospel sound, but with this album Michelle has said she's trying to do something a little different and she's adding an R&B/pop element to evolve her sound. The track is nothing spectacular, but it's a good song for easy listening and has some great vocals. It's rare that we get new music from all three of Destiny's Children in the same year so I'm counting my blessings.
