'Fall Into Love' by Wrathschild

Even though he released his debut album 8Bit Heart in 2010, I've only recently fallen in love with Simon Curtis. He's probably the closest we'll ever get to a male Britney Spears with his addictive and catchy pop music backed with a fierce attitude. Back in January of 2012, Curtis decided to team up with his friend Wolfy to create a new pop duo, and having kept it a secret for years, the duo is ready to set their music free.

Coming together as Wrathschild, Curtis and Wolfy debuted their first single 'Fall Into Love' today. They originally penned it for another artist, but after realizing how great of a song it was they (rightly) decided to keep it for themselves. The track is a very strong pop offering which shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. It's got elements of the indie pop scene, but is mainstream enough that it could compete with Katy and Gaga any day. What's beautiful is that Curtis and Wolfy's vocals mesh organically, creating a beautiful and glistening atmosphere. The bridge is quite something which needs to be heard to be believed. As amazing as I know Curtis to be, this duo is going to make it big in no time.
