Out of nowhere, the duo that ruled our summer last year dropped a brand new track. Icona Pop are a tour-de-force, and their new collaboration features a more hip-hop oriented sound with a relatively unknown rapper. It's a change from their past stuff but is still very much signature Icona Pop.

'It's My Party' borrows lines from the classic 1963 Lesley Gore hit of the same name. The verses feature drawling lyrics delivered over swagged out thumping bass, before the Swedish duo go into their signature chanting style. Ty Dolla $ign's rap modernizes the original classic, and we also know where Kesha's dollar sign went to. While it's nothing extraordinary, it's something different from the girls to enjoy.
