'The Fanny Bounce' Music Video by JbDubs

OUT got it right when they said JbDubs "has the fiercest legs in pop music." If you don't know who JbDubs is you're seriously missing out because he's a talented musician, a supreme dancer with legs to die for, and a master of genderfuck. I came to know him when he released his video for 'Dirty Mouth' because Drag Race contestant Milk is his boyfriend and made an appearance with her drag daughter Skim.

JbDubs gets the credit for turning Milk on to drag and she is now one of my favorite queens of all-time. However cute their love may be for each other, Jb is still churning out great music. His latest EP Hey JB! was released in December, and he's just released an experimental music video for his latest single.

Jb refers to the video for 'The Fanny Bounce' as "a super pretentious fashion & movement film" but it's a really great conceptual piece. The video begins with Jb in a ballet studio working on his technique, but really we're all staring at those round buttocks that are quite clearly on display. The video plays in reverse showing how he came to enter the video accompanied by some classical piano.

Once he gets outside 'The Fanny Bounce' starts playing and the gloves are off. Jb takes his genderfuck further than he has in his other videos as he dons an array of looks, the Bart Simpson crop top and skirt being my favorite. At one point he wears the red wig Milk wore for her Pinocchio runway look, and we see that he has the signature Milk Queens gap tooth drawn on.

His signature stilettos are always on and he kills every look and dance move that he executes over the trip-hop mish-mash beat he created. The video then ends with Jb waking up outside and gazing out over Manhattan. Make of it what you will, but I think it's awesome. And remember to always make that booty drop.
