As you know, Beyoncé's new album '4' was just released on Tuesday, and last night BET premiered a new behind-the-scenes documentary on what she has been up to over the past year.  You must watch this because it shows why this woman is truly an incredible person as well as an entertainer.  She is one of the kindest people ever, and she is also one of the most hardworking musicians in the industry today.  She is an accomplished entrepreneur that has really honed her craft, and what I thought was the most important thing she said in the documentary was that she is no longer making music for all the awards and the #1's, but rather for the joy of her music.  This is something that has been lost in the industry, but I'm glad she has finally started to do this because now it is all for the fans, and thus the music will only get better because it has a deeper meaning and emotional connection.  I fell in love with Beyoncé all over again after watching this, and was reminded just how talented she is.  You can watch the video HERE.
