'Flawless' by Beyoncé featuring Nicki Minaj

Rumors started kicking up this week that a Beyoncé and Nicki Minaj collab was in the offing. Most thought Nicki pushed back the release of her new single 'Anaconda' because she was getting Bey to hop on it, but I don't think anyone was ready for what was actually about to go down. Last night, Beyoncé pulled a Beyoncé.

After midnight flawless.beyonce.com popped up online and what was it? A remix of Bey's massive '***Flawless' that gave us a plethora of Instagram pics and Snaps with the caption "I woke up like dis." This isn't just a remix, in fact it's basically a new song completely. 'Flawless' features new production, updated vocals as well as completely new verses from Bey and of course a rap from Nicki.

The opening verse includes Bey addressing that oh so sensitive kerfuffle. "We escalate, up in this bitch like elevators / Of course sometimes shit go down / When it's a billion dollars on an elevator," but she makes sure to repeat it to make sure we understand that when you've got a billion dollars on an elevator, shit's bound to go down. And that's followed with maniacal laughter. Okay, Bey.

But if it's even possible, Nicki's last third of the song is the real highlight. Beyoncé announces "Onika!" and then the Queen of Rap comes in with a very unpleasant MJ lick "Yo, like MJ doctor, they killing me / Propofol, I know they hope I fall." But she goes HAM on the rest, giving us those tried and true Nicki rhymes that are just sick. Where's this Nicki been? We need her back. Goddamn goddamn it's flawless!

Take it from the ***Flawless Queen Bey: "These thots can't clock me nowadays / You wish I was your pound cake / Boy you know I look good as fuck."
