Kelly Clarkson is sort of stumbling this era, and I'm a little worried. First, she released 'Heartbeat Song' as the lead single from her new album. It's not strong enough to be a lead single, and the song is plummeting down the charts every day. It's a huge flop. Then she released the album cover for Piece by Piece and it's one of the most atrocious things I've ever seen,

And now the music video for 'Heartbeat Song' has dropped. Well, at least Kelly looks gorgeous and I'm loving the undercut. The video is kind of blah with Kelly dancing around with a layering of bright colored filters dancing on top of her. It's almost a recreation of the 'Catch My Breath' video.

The video starts with couples going through nasty break-ups but then finding new love. There's even a gay couple in the mix which is refreshing to see. The video's all about the celebration of love which is good and all, but everything this era has been subpar and I'm getting worried. Kelly deserves better.
