The pop-rock queen once again delivers with 'Tie It Up', her awesome vocals belting over a banjo-fuelled tune with church bells ringing in the background. What more could you ask for from Kelly? It's a cute song that I'm sure she'll have good success with on the country charts, but it's not my favorite.
