Mariah Carey decided to lend her vocals to the new film Oz: The Great and Powerful which was just released today, and to tie it all in the music video was released today as well. The song has become one of my favorite songs at the moment with Mimi's big vocals, and the fantastic production of the song. Weaving her signature vocals and some dubstep together could not have come together any better. The music video is your typical movie music video with scenes from Oz interspersed with the diva singing in a black dress adorned with lots and lots of diamonds. Mimi was a bit dull during her scenes and even looked uninterested at times. I found it more enjoyable to see bits from the movie which I'll be seeing in about a week and a half! Mariah's been a bit lackluster as a judge on American Idol, basically being the nice judge like Paula, but she's using the gig to her advantage. Let's just get her to release a phenomenal new album and then all should be good.
